3D StereoLithographic Print Model

A client in Australia needed a 3D head model similar to an Asaro head, except symmetrical (the Asaro has a 'young' side and an 'old' side). It will be used to teach facial proportions, as well as lighting on the planes of the face. I created a low-poly head model using standard proportions and androgynous reference images. I also chose a five-pointed base shape, so that an artist can line themselves up with ten points of view around the sculpt, and arrange lights easily as well.

To show lighting, I rendered this video for the client.

The final output will be printed in multiple sizes.
